1. Q: Who pays for the shipping charges to recycle an item?

A: If you choose to recycle your item through us, we pay for shipping charges within the United States, its territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. To check the status of your order simply access “my account” from any page on our site and click “view” for the order number you what to check.

3. Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Most orders processed with Standard Shipping should arrive within 4-5 business days after they are shipped. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

4. Q: How can I receive my order more quickly?

A: Currently we only offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Standard Shipping. Select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

5. Q: Do you ship to international addresses?

A: Yes. Enter your international address at checkout for pricing. You can also contact us and we’ll check with our couriers to make sure you get the best price.

6. Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Yes, we ship to both P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for these shipments.

7. Q: What is the cost of standard shipping?

A: Standard shipping is $4.99 within the United States, its territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is free for order over $50. International shipments exempt.

8. Q: What is the shipping cost for returning an order?

A: If you received a defective or wrong item, notify us. We'll refund the full purchase price and email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

If you simply want to return your order you'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
